The short answer is no, Rightmove do not provide any outbound property feeds.  We do process files of the BLM format which is a data standard defined by Rightmove and we also process RTDF another data standard defined by Rightmove.  Both these standards were made public by Rightmove so have become a de-facto standard for property data transfer between systems handing property data.
